Factoring learning initiatives.
Learning is “a process that leads to change, which occurs as a result of experience and increases the
potential for improved performance and future learning” - (Ambrose et al, 2010, p.3).
Teaching may result in incremental changes but involved learning often leads to a rebirth. As such
learning is something that students have to do to themselves.
While teaching is always limited by the knowledge and attitude of the teacher, learning is limited only by
the interest of the learner. These days something new is discovered every day that a keen learner gets
an exhaustive menu to devour.
Needless to say learning does Factor the living.
And we are here only to do our little bit to the make the much required process of learning desirable.
